Warum hast Du einen 2. network-block? Benutze eine SSID ohne Sonderzeichen und ohne Leerstellen.

im hotspot wlan 5GHz sind 2 sonderzeichen, zwei !!
im hotspot wlan 2.4GHz sind 2 sonderzeichen, zwei !!
2.4ghz funktioniert aber. denkst du es liegt an den sonderzeichen? ich probiers mal ohne.
Der Home router mit 5g hat auch keine sonderzeichen und da passiert das selbe.

Ist auf dem hotspot das 2.4GHz und das 5.0GHz-Netz gleichzeitig aktiv? Wenn ja, dann 2.4GHz deaktivieren.

am handy kann ich den 2.4 nicht ausstellen, nur einen haken für "5GHz verwenden wenn verfügbar"

der stick is nur drin, weil es vorhin nicht funktioniert hat, wenn du mir ne neue sache zum testen gibst, reverte ich auf deine letzten einstellungen und stecke stick ab.
Ich denke so kommen wir nicht weiter, wenn Du den Stick und andere Sachen an deinen PI anschließen musst.
Das beste wäre m. E. einen richtigen WLAN-Router mit _nur_ 5GHz-Netz und eine direkte Kabelverbindung zwischen deinem PI3B+ und einem Laptop/PC mit Linux als OS.
Nochmal ein Update.
Ich habe jetzt USB tethering (usb0) an
mein routing routed usb0 -> wlan1 (usb dongle) und zurück
gleichzeitig wird wlan0(intern) -> wlan1 geroutet und zurück.
nun habe ich gleichzeitig zu usb tethering, wlan0 aktiviert.
Soweit so gut, usb blieb verbunden und wlan0 hat sich auch verbunden.
nach kurzer zeit, das übliche problem auf wlan0:

und das tritt ausschlieslich über 5GHz auf, weder beim usb tethering (welches nun schon über ne stunde läuft, noch 2.4GHz)
Das kann doch nicht, sein, irgendwas muss ich doch falsch machen--.....

ich habe 3x raspi 3b+ und auf allen 3 der selbe fehler.
die Warscheinlichkeit, dass das ein hardwarefehler bei allen 3 geräten st, ist gleich 0.
dazu kommt das 2 davon in einem anderen laden gekauft wurden.

und der einzige unterschied ist: ich habe den haken bei 5GHz beim handy hotspot rausgemacht.
es muss ein 5G raspi-internal wifi problem sein, ich kanns mir nicht ander erklären.

und mehrere andere auch die z.B ne lösung mit dem power management gefunden haben - welches bei mir aber leider keine verbesserung der situationa aufzeigt.

sorry für den Bump, ich wollte eigentlich nur noch in Erfahrung bringen, ob der liebe rpi444 noch gewillt ist mit mir nach einer Lösung zu suchen, oder ob ich es so hinnehmen soll?
Bitte nicht als ein drängen interpretieren, lass dir alle Zeit der welt - ich möchte nur wissen wie kontinuierlich ich nach einer neuen Nachricht schauen soll - oder ob überhaupt
... rpi444 noch gewillt ist mit mir nach einer Lösung zu suchen, oder ob ich es so hinnehmen soll?
M. E. ist es nur dann sinnvoll weiter zu suchen, wenn Du deinen PI3B+ _headless_ (ohne GUI), mit raspbian-stretch-lite, _ohne_ WLAN-USB-Stick, _ohne_ Tastatur und mit einer direkten Kabelverbindung zum PI3B+ (eth0-Interface) betreiben kannst.

Ich weiß nicht wann ich dieses Setup in der nächsten Zeit so einrichten kann.
Kann es nicht sein, das ich nen fehlerhaften/alten brcmfmac treiber installiert habe?

Ja, Es liegt m. E. auch nicht am Treiber und auch nicht am Kernel.
Wenn es nicht am Hotspot liegen soll, dann an der Konstellation bzw. an der Konfiguration deines PI3B+ (siehe mein Beitrag #97 oben).
