    Habe einen RP4 mit 4GB Ram, Ubuntu Server 20.04 und Ubuntu-Mate Desktop.

    Leider kann ich kein Bluetooth aktivieren.

    Hast du den Mate Desktop standard mäßig installiert ? Also "sudo apt install ubuntu-mate-desktop" ? Wenn ja dann schau dir mal auf GitHub "Desktopify" an.

    Hier kurze Instruktion aber in englisch

    • Put an Ubuntu Server image for Raspberry Pi on a SDHC card.
    • Boot the Ubuntu Server SDHC on a Raspberry PI 2, 3 or 4.
    • Login to the Raspberry Pi; username ubuntu and password ubuntu
      • You will be prompted to change the password
    • Clone the project
      • git clone https://github.com/wimpysworld/desktopify.git
    • Convert the server to a desktop
      • sudo ./desktopify --de ubuntu-mate

    Soll wohl für den Pi optimiert worden sein. Zu mindest sagen alle, daß alles flüssiger und weicher läuft und in einem YouTube Video habe ich gesehen, daß bei einem zwar die onboard Soundkarte nicht lief dafür aber lief sein kompletter Sound über Bluetooth Speaker.
