Sorry, typo: "iwlist" gibt einfach mögliche Kommandos aus "iw list" schon etliche Parameter.
Trotzdem, meine Ausgabe sieht ein wenig anders aus und ist ohne jede Referenz auf das 5 GHz Band. Mir aufgefallen ist z.B., dass in der ersten Zeile "Whiphy phy0" steht, statt wie in deinem Beispiel "Whiphy phy1".

Auch nach dem Eintrag von [pi3+] in die Datei "/boot/config.txt" bootet das Gerät ganz normal. DIe obigen Ausgaben sind nach diesem Eintrag und neuboot entstanden.
