ich habe mich für die Neuinstallation fast buchstabengenau an deine Anleitung gehalten.
Lediglich den Namen der Box und die WLAN Daten habe ich mir erlaubt zu ändern
Die komplette Installation basiert auf dem neuesten Raspios Lite (32bit) vom 04.03.2021.
Ich bekomme weder beim Speaker Test noch beim Abspielen der vorgeschlagenen Wave Datei über die Shell einen Ton raus.
Beim Ein- bzw. Ausschalten habe ich lediglich ein Knacken in den Boxen.
Ich habe gestern alternativ mal auf eine neue Karte Volumio installiert und kann auch da dem Hifiberry Miniamp keinen Ton entlocken.
Auch beim Testen mit älteren Raspian OS Lite auf Buster Basis kommt beim Speaker Test ebenfalls kein Ton raus.
Wenn ich in der /boot/config.txt nix ändere, erhalte ich über den Klinkenausgang Ton. Da funktioniert der Speaker Test einwandfrei.
Ich muss mich wohl langsam doch mit dem Gedanken anfreunden, dass der Hifiberry MiniAmp einen Defekt hat.
Auch wenn ich das durch simples lagern nicht nachvollziehen kann. Es lief ja alles vorher fehlerfrei, es stand nur noch der Einbau in die Kiste und das Design der Kiste aus

Nachtrag: Habe jetzt mit verschiedenen Speicherkarten die letzte Raspian OS Stretch Lite Version vom 08.04.2019 und die letzte Raspian OS Buster Lite Version vom 13.02.2020 getestet. Ausgabe bei aplay -l wie unten angegeben, speaker test immer noch ohne Ton
