Das hab ich ganz vergessen. Ich verwende das Image RaspiOS Buster vom 07.05.2021. Hab es auch bereits mit älteren und jüngeren Images ausprobiert - kein Veränderung

Tut mir Leid das ich mich erst jetzt melde - ich war im Urlaub.
Die anderen GPIO's scheinen zu funktionieren, weshalb ich nun einfach davon ausgehe das der Zero nicht mit der Spannungsversorgung via GPIO klar kommt. Sehr schade. Ich danke euch allen für die Hilfsbereitschaft!

Es könnte aber auch sein, dass dein Messgerät nicht genau bzw. zu träge für eine genaue Messung ist. Es sind ja keine Elko's mit allzu großer Kapazität auf dem StepUp Wandler verbaut, so dass schnelle Laständerungen u.U. zu kurzen Spannungspeaks führen, was dem RPi dann evtl. nicht gut bekommt. Falls Du Zugriff auf auf ein Oszi hast, wäre dies eine weitere Möglichkeit dem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen.
Das wäre natürlich möglich. Mein Messgerät ist wirklich kein hochwertiges Gerät. Auf ein Oszi habe ich nur leider gar keinen Zugriff. Also könnte man zusammengefasst sagen dass das WLAN-Modul des Raspberrys durch die Stromversorgung via GPIO gegrillt wurde? Wäre es also möglich das dies durch die möglichen Spannungsspitzen gekommen ist oder einfach weil der Raspberry Zero das nicht verträgt?

Das deutet doch darauf hin, dass durch die Stromversorgung per GPIO irgendetwas ausgelöst (zerstört / beschädigt) wurde.
Das ist wohl leider das wahrscheinlichste Szenario
@McApplePie Zeig doch mal ein Bild (o. nenne das Modell) von deinem Spannungswandler, wie hoch ist denn die Spannung des Wandlers im Leerlauf? (ohne RPi und mit vollem Akku)
Zur Zeit bin ich nicht zu Hause, aber Montag kann ich direkt ein Bild machen und die Spannung messen.

Dann ist m. E. an deinem PI Zero W (d. h. an der Hardware) etwas zerstört worden (... durch diese Art von Stromversorgung).
Langsam glaube ich das auch. Aber eigentlich darf das dadurch doch gar nicht passieren. Schließlich sind die GPIO's für solche Sachen da.
Vielleicht gibt's ja einen Hinweis in den Boot-Meldungen des Kernels. Ich kenne mich mit dem Zero leider nicht aus, vielleicht kann man ja eine Art Firmwareupdate machen oder man versucht mal den Status aller GPIO Port's ( auch die nur intern verwendet werden ) auszulesen und vergleicht diese Daten dann mit einem anderen Zero.
Das wäre auch noch eine Möglichkeit.

D. h. das laden des wifi-Treibers hat auch nichts bewirkt. Das wlan-Interface wird nicht gezeigt.
Versuch mal mit eine Neuinstallation (buster-lite) und am PI, die Stromversorgung von Anfang an (schon beim 1. Booten) mit der Zelle und nicht mit dem micro-usb-Netzteil.
Hab ich auch schon ein paar mal versucht. Auch mit anderen SD-Karten - leider ohne Erfolg

Das ist schon ein wenig seltsam. Könnte es vielleicht sein, dass die 5,2V mal an einem dafür nicht vorgesehenen GPIO Pin angeschlossen waren?
Unter Last wurde gemessen - blieb stabil bei den eingestellten 5,2V. Ich denke schon das der Spannungswandler genug Strom liefert.
Also die Stromversorung habe ich ein mal an PIN 2 (5V) und PIN 6 (GROUND) und ein anderes mal an PIN 4 (5V) und PIN 6 (GROUND) angeschlossen. Mit anderen Pins gab es keinen Kontakt

Bisher musste ich die Befehle immer in Dateien umleiten um sie dann via USB-Stick an meinen Hauptrechnen zu übertragen damit ich diese Ausgaben hier posten kann. Diesmal hat das warum auch immer nicht funktioniert, darum habe ich die Befehle mit Ausgabe als Bild angehängt. Ich hoffe das ist soweit in Ordnung.

Schon mal vielen Dank für die Hilfe! Ich finde es einfach merkwürdig dass das Wifi ohne Probleme funktioniert hat und erst nachdem es erstmalig via GPIO mit Strom versorgt wurde geht es nicht mehr, egal was man macht.

Hallo liebe Community,
ich habe einen Raspberry Zero W 1.1 der mit einer 18650-Zelle betrieben wird und den Raspberry via GPIO mit Strom versorgt (5,2V). Darauf habe ich das Raspberry OS installiert. Allerdings zeigt er mir beim WLAN folgendes an: "No wireless interface found". Egal ob ich ein neues, älteres oder völlig anderes Betriebssystem verwende - es bleibt bei der Meldung. Allerdings funktioniert Bluetooth ohne Probleme. Dann habe ich einen anderen Raspberry Zero W 1.1 ausprobiert - darauf hat es ohne Probleme direkt funktioniert. Also habe ich die Stromversorgung nun an diesem über GPIO angeschlossen. Und ab dann ging das WLAN wieder nicht und er zeigt wieder an das er keine wifi Interfaces gefunden hat. Selbst wenn ich den Raspberry nun doch wieder über micro-usb mit Strom versorgen möchte funktioniert das nicht mehr. Er findet kein wifi-interface mehr. Hat jemand zufällig eine Ahnung woran das liegen und wie man das Problem beheben könnte?
